Hi my name is Riddick and I love you

Hi everyone,

My Rachel thought it would be a great idea for me to write about our life together. She's interpreting my barks and noncommittal grunts while I lay here relaxing on the bed. So this blog is going to be about all the things we do from my point of view! Let me start by introducing myself.

 I'm sure you're wondering who am I and why am I called a furry life saver? Well I'm a really special dog! Yep, you guessed it I'm a service animal. My whole mission in life is to help my Rachel, and cause as much trouble as I can when I'm off the clock. My full name is Riddick J. Bambas. I'm almost a full year old and I'm told I'm some kind of Border Collie and Lab mix. My Rachel says that's why I make a great working dog and why I drive her crazy being a hoodlum at home.

I've been with my Alex and Rachel for most of my life. I was rescued in Utah from a pound and sent to Furburbia to wait for my forever home! After a few weeks my Rachel and Alex came to the shelter and met me. It was love at first wag! My Rachel still talks about bringing me home as such a little guy. I've even seen pictures of me as a baby, wow I was small. We've moved around a lot since we became a family. We've lived in Utah where I didn't like the snow. We've lived in Florida where I went to Disney World all the time! Now we're living in Tennessee and I'm loving it.

I hope all of you enjoy reading about life from my perspective! I can't wait to share all the fun things we do but for now I'm due for an after dinner nap.
